Not knowing which sections to include or how to present case studies makes building a portfolio one of the more stalling parts of a PM job search — this free Notion Product Manager Portfolio template gives that structure a ready shape instead of starting from a blank page.
What’s inside:
- A projects and case studies section for walking through your best product work in detail
- A wins and achievements area for listing recognitions and measurable results
- A personal brand section for adding personality and context beyond bullet points
- A side projects and experiments space for showcasing exploratory work outside your main job
- A links, resume, and contact section keeping everything a recruiter needs in one place
Who it’s for: aspiring product managers, students, career-switchers, and working PMs who need a structured, professional-looking portfolio to show their work and land interviews.
Why we picked it: the side projects section is what separates this from a standard resume-in-Notion layout — it gives space to show exploratory thinking and initiative, which matters for PM roles where judgment and curiosity are as relevant as shipped features.
