Who it’s for
This template is designed for real estate agents and solo property professionals who need a practical Notion workspace for managing clients, listings, and day-to-day sales activities.
Why we picked it
The template stands out because it connects the three areas agents regularly juggle: clients, properties, and tasks. The separate buyer and seller views are especially useful for quickly narrowing the client database without building additional systems from scratch.
